Location, travel & hotels

Mainhall, 120 spectator seat and a full handball court with acoustic panels on wall and ceiling.
Sleeping area, we could probably almost hold the party in here.

Flights to Aarhus

There are 3 nearby airports you could use:

  1. Aarhus airport (AAR) (The closest one, direct connections from Oslo, Stockholm, London, Copenhagen, Göteborg)
  2. Billund airport (BLL) (Pretty close too, direct connections from most major airports, busses to Aarhus)
  3. Aalborg airport (AAL) (Pretty close too, direct connections from some major airports, train to Aarhus)

Transport from Aarhus Central train station

Option 1 – Take a taxi
This will probably cost about 3-400 Danish kroner 🙁

Option 2 – Get the train “Letbanen” – L1 – Goes every half hour
Get off at “Skødstrup” and walk the 1 km to the place. You can find the timetable here

Option 3 – Take bus 100
Goes right outside central station, stops 200 meters from the place – this link might help

Sleeping

We do have a separate sleeping area – but if you are old and decrepit like most of us, you may want to sleep in a proper bed. Sadly though, there are no hotels in the city of Skødstrup. This is some through AirBnB though, so you can look at that.

  • The sleeping area is 240 m2, so a loooot bigger than we’re used to, should be able to get a bit of privacy

There are plenty of hotels and sleep-ins in central Aarhus (a bit further from the party place) – send us an email if you need help.
