General info
- Should we receive enough entries (3 or more) in one specific intro category (e.g. 3 oldschool 4K intros), we reserve the right to potentially split out the compo into specicific categories
- If we split out intro compos as described above, we will do our best to communicate with the invovled participants before the compos are run
- We do reserve the right to exit your entry earlier than max running length in case it loops or displays a lenghty end/credits scroller

Exotic / oldskool hardware
For “exotic” hardware such as SNES, C64, Ataris and whatnot: bring your own devices!
Oldschool video signal -> HDMI information
The A1200 will be equipped with a Indivision AGA MK2
For other oldschool hardware, we’re using a Framemeister or Extron DSC 301 HD in order to scale and convert analog video signals to digital signals.
Framemeister info
Input options of the Framemeister are:
(starting with the best quality)
- D-Terminal (used in Japanese consoles)
- Scart/RGB
- S-video
- Composite
Very important:
The Framemeister does not like resolution changes during display, which will break the signal for a few seconds. An example of this would be switching between interlaced and non-interlaced mode on Amiga.
Extron info
Input options of the Extron DSC 301 HD are:
(starting with the best quality)
- RGB (15pin VGA)
- BNC/Composite
We’ve tested resolution changes on the Indivision+Extron – it works without cutting the signal, though with a half a second to adjust to the new screenmoode – contact us if you want to know more
- We have cabling for Amigas to provide best possible quality via the Framemeister and Extron DSC 301 HD.
- For other hardware as e.g. C64, please bring S-video cable
- Last resort is using composite – which does provide a decent image quality via the Framemeister or Extron
